Rotary Pre Filter (RPF) is the first component in your two-stage filter system. The RPF can also be used as the single stage air filtration for room return air in production areas such as wool or man-made fibers, where no high amount of dust is generated. Its proven design has a small space requirement and a very low pressure drop. Pressure fluctuations within the air cleaning process are eliminated due to the continuous extraction of the disc-shaped filter.

Fiber Separator FSB/C

Powder-coated sheet steel housing, electro-plated filter basket. Worm gear motor for shaft drive. Electrical control for continuous or intermittent operation.

 

FSB/FSC is a fiber separator that separates fibers from the waste suction system of the Fiber filtration system like the RPF. To make disposal easier, the fiber separator compresses the separated solids and feeds them to a secondary disposal system. The continuous cleaning of the air stream guarantees high solids throughput and at the same time avoids pressure fluctuations in the entire system. This enables continuous operation of the machines and processes to be cleaned.
