TexAuto: an automatic control system for textile air-conditioner- the most advanced system in China
TexView: a supervisory control software

   Its core controller adapts German Beckhoff CX9000 embedded PC, which has powerful computing capability, large capacity memory, and a compact form. Cooperating with the new Ethercat bussing technique, it realizes remote control on several air-conditioning chambers, which cuts down the cost on controller and bus effectively.

Taking their years of experience as a support, experts elaborate on the control strategy, which ensures the controller to calculate the external air enthalpy, workshop return air enthalpy, benchmark dew point and enthalpy of benchmark dew point, according to external temperature, workshop return air temperature and humidity, and the set value. The controller compares and then chooses proper models from free cooling, free cooling & mechanical cooling, and mechanical cooling, which saves energy to the maximum limit. The controller adapts cascade control PID algorithm to control the dew point temperature at the outlet of the spray chamber, ensuring the stable control on the temperature in workshops. The controller uses PID relay algorithm to adjust spray outlet air valve/the opening of secondary return air valve, and the speed of the spray pump to control the humidity of workshops, all of which hit a high degree of accuracy.

TexView, professional supervisory control software specialized for textile air-conditioner, is able to flexibly install in one or more PCs taking Windows as operating system, and then connects by normal Ethernet to Controller CX9000. The air conditioning process will be visible, and the real-time parameters, historical data, reports, trends, and alarm records are available to be printed and on setting/operating man-machine interface for various user levels respectively.
