Electric Motor:

A.C. induction motor, totally enclosed type to IEC Standard, IP 55, type of construction B3, insulation classification F, with terminal box.

 

Diffusor for Fan:

Diffusor with connection flanges made of galvanized sheet steel.

 

Protection Grille for Fan:

Wire screen mounted in frame made of galvanized steel.

Radial Flow Fan

For main air stream

Sheet steel housing, balanced impeller. Fan with belt drive, drive guard. Metal base frame with motor tightening device. Fan protected against corrosion.

AC induction motor, totally enclosed type to IEC Standard, IP 55, type of construction B3, insulation classification F, with terminal box.

 

AIRKING centrifugal fans are suitable for all industrial applications. Compared to AIRKING's Axial Flow Fan, the Radial Flow Fan offers higher conveying pressure ratios at a slightly lower sound pressure level.

Impeller made of welded sheet steel, statically and dynamically balanced. Housing of sheet steel. Inlet and outlet side with flanges. Base frame for fan and motor. All steel parts painted. Impeller directly mounted on drive motor shaft, electric motor with textile protection hood.

 

Fan design

Open-type fan blade to satisfy the requirement of a fiber conveying fan.

Straight or slight backward curved blade, depending on the series.

Impeller directly fitted on the motor shaft, fixed with wedge 45deg rotatable housing. High efficiency - low power consumption.

Steel scroll casing, welded and powder-coated - with optional stainless-steel lining. Impeller in mild steel, welded and powder-coated.

Motor foot fastened on cantilever and fixed with screws and flange onto the housing.
