Reinforced aluminum damper blades, frame of galvanized steel. Damper shafts set in plastic bushes. Damper linkage for opposed blade action. Lateral sealing elements for reduction of air leakage.

The air control damper is used to control the air volume flow, differential and/or excess pressure, and to mix or separate air flows in air conditioning systems. Depending upon the system design and function, air control dampers are installed either with opposed or parallel moving blades. The damper frame is constructed from special sheet metal profiles, corner connecting brackets and comer closure angles. The face and end side of the frame flanges have a 152mm centre-to-centre hole pattern. A square axle hole is formed into the damper blade, which is made from an extrusion-pressed aluminium profile. An interconnecting axle is pressed into one side and a crank arm is pressed into the other side of the damper blade. Both sides of the damper blade have plastic bearings that rotate in the damper frame bearing holes.

The plastic side seals which are placed on the sides between the damper blades and frame reduce the amount of air leakage.

The damper blades are driven via the twist-proof damper blade crank arms and interconnecting crank arm linkage by an electrical damper motor.

Air Outlet

Air Outlet- Baffle Plate Air OutletThere are many kinds of air supply outlets, and we provide more than ten kinds, such as louver air supply outlets, diffusers, spherical air supply outlets and so on. This paper focuses on the Baffle Plate Air Outlet. The slide vane element with its air foil ramp achieves uniform supply air flow to the individual baffle plate without causing any local back flow in the collar. The supply air that flows onto the continuous baffle plate, which consists of three parts, is discharged horizontally to both sides and downward through two adjustable slots into the production room. The slide vane element allows the supply air volume in the collar to be adjusted to the required amount.The Continuous Baffle Plate Air Outlet is used for installation into suspended ceilings and ducts. An Individual Baffle Plate Air Outlet for single outlet applications is also available. The performance characteristic for the Continuous Baffle Plate Air Outlet was selected in such a way that the induction air flow does not exceed a reasonable amount with regard to the chosen application. In addition to draft conditions, (too) strong induction flow with fibre fly may exist in certain areas when the suggested values are exceeded.
